Do I need an eBay account?
You need an eBay account to buy items, but you do not need one to use DealHawkHQ. Just sign up with your email and start scanning.

How often does DealHawkHQ scan eBay?
Scout plan scans every 30 minutes. Hawk plan scans every 10 minutes.
What notification channels are supported for eBay alerts?
DealHawkHQ supports three alert channels: browser push notifications (including iOS and Android native push via our app), email alerts, and Telegram messages. You can enable any combination in your Settings.
Can I set up multiple eBay alerts for different products?
Yes. Create a separate search profile for each product you want to track, and receive simultaneous eBay alerts for all of them. Scout plan users can run up to 5 alerts; Hawk plan users up to 100.

Estimates are based on recent eBay sold data and typical fee structures. They are a guide — always verify before purchasing.

What are Sniper Alerts?
Sniper Alerts notify you a set number of minutes before an eBay auction ends, so you can place your bid at the last moment. You stay in full control — DealHawkHQ never bids on your behalf.
How do I set up a Sniper Alert?
Find an auction on eBay, paste the URL into DealHawkHQ, choose how many minutes before the end you want your alert, and save it. We handle the rest.
